Dr. Ramgopal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in biotech sector. He has been associated with Biocon Academy for the past seven years & is currently serving as Senior Academic Manager. In his role, Ramgopal manages various advanced skill development training programs aimed at providing industrial training for Life Sciences & Healthcare professionals.

The training programs he coordinates include ‘Biocon KGI Certificate Program in Biosciences’, Biocon - Ramaiah Certificate Program in 'Quality Control Analytical' and BITS - Biocon Certificate Program in 'Applied Industrial Microbiology'. These programs focus on equipping students with the necessary skills and knowledge required for the biotechnology industry. With his strong connections in the biotech and pharma industries, Ramgopal ensures that all candidates trained at Biocon Academy have access to 100% placement opportunities. Additionally, Ramgopal is responsible for managing the "Biocon Academy Faculty Development Program," which aims to provide industrial training to faculty, enabling them to teach better and mentor students.

Ramgopal's academic background include M.Sc. in Plant Sciences (First Rank with Gold Medal) and Ph.D. in Plant Biotechnology. Additionally, he holds a Professional MBA and a PG Diploma in Patents Law to his credit. With 24 years of professional experience in Biotech academia & industry, he has held diverse roles in teaching, research, leadership, and managerial capacity.

Before joining Biocon Academy, Ramgopal was a full-time faculty member for 12 years, teaching B. Tech and M. Tech Biotechnology programs. He also gained international research experience during his time as a visiting researcher at CSIRO in Canberra, Australia. He has successfully completed funded research projects in Biotechnology leading to the publication of several research papers in peer-reviewed journals & has guided 4 students for their Ph.D.

Ramgopal's expertise extends beyond academia, as he has delivered numerous invited talks, conducted training/workshops across India for the benefit of students & faculty. Owing to his strong network with Biotech Industry, he has been instrumental in providing job opportunities to hundreds of professionals. As BoS member, he has helped many Universities upgrade their curriculum as per industry needs. He is a well-rounded individual who enjoys his leisure time in singing, playing Tabla, chess, and reading.

Sudip is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, has a degree in Alternate Medicine, a certified PMP and a Distinguished Toastmaster.

He has managed, organized, directed and monitored a large number of Phase I to IV clinical studies (involving cross-functional teams) as per ICH-GCP/ applicable regulatory guidelines in the therapeutic areas of Cardiovascular Diseases, Endocrinology, Gastro-intestinal Disorders, Infectious Diseases, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Nephrology, Oncology, Psychiatry, Pain Management, Respiratory and Vaccines in various roles and capacities Sudip has managed and overseen the Global Quality Assurance Function, hosting US FDA Inspections and ensuring compliance at Site and Country Level across India and Sri Lanka.

Mr Gupta brings in 27 years of experience as an administrator, business leader, entrepreneur, mentor, and Indian IT growth facilitator. He is playing an instrumental role in enabling Karnataka objective to accelerate the growth and investments in digital economy with a focus on the core verticals viz., IT Products & Services, BPM and GCC Promotion, Innovation & Start-ups, ESDM, Beyond Bengaluru, and Talent Accelerator.

He has led transformational projects in large organizations during his career that includes setting up SSS cadre, National health program (NRHM & RCH Ph II), Policy think tank - NHSRC and informatics and running new tech in areas of education, social development, cyber security, and others.

He was the topper of ISS 98 batch and has served many organisations in Government of India like Ministry of Programme Implementation, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and others. He served in various leadership roles covering South Asia for companies like Accenture as its MD, Microsoft as its Country General Manager, IBM, and was also the MD & CEO of Lahari, Mysuru ESDM (Electronics Systems Design and Manufacturing) Cluster, promoted by the Government of India.

With MBA, MPhil, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and various awards, US University has also awarded him Honorary Doctorate.

He is on the various Boards, Panel Advisor, and Governing Council Member of various government and private organizations.

Apart from professional outlook he is a poet.

Prof. Sen is the Director - Centre for Employability and Corporate Relations (CECR) and Associate Professor (MBA) of Kristu Jayanti College (Autonomous), Bengaluru. He is a Life Skills & Soft Skills Coach and continuously spends his time in training the young talents to build their Universal Human Values.

Prof, Sen has networked with more than 200 plus companies and placed more than 35000+ plus students in the last 20 years. As a certified trainer he has conducted more than 500 Plus training programs.

His certifications include Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Trainer in Life Skills by Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Govt. of India, Digital Marketing by Google. Completed a course on Mindshift by McMaster University, Canada, Course of Public Speaking by University of Washington.
